Description of Project: The proposed project would consist of: (1) a 15-foot high concrete-faced rockfill dam; (2) an approximately 8,400-foot-long, 12-inch-diameter penstock; (3) a powerhouse with one impulse-type turbine with a rated generating capacity of 220 kilowatts (kW) and a peak capacity of approximately 250 kW; and (4) a 4-inch raw-water pipeline that would deliver up to 19.8 acre-feet of water per year for domestic water supply to the City of Chignik. l.
