REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Kenai Peninsula Housing Initiatives, Inc. (KPHI) seeks proposals from qualified General Contractors for Clear Pointe Apartments Phase III in Kenai, Alaska. Project includes construction of a one-story 4-unit affordable housing development (~4,600 SF) funded through AHFC GOAL HOME and NHTF programs, plus an adjoining office (~1,400 SF) and maintenance/shop facility (~2,000 SF). Contractor must demonstrate experience with Alaska multi-family construction, AHFC GOAL/HOME/NHTF compliance, procurement requirements, BEES 5-Star Plus standards, and HUD Section 3 requirements. Prior Central Peninsula experience preferred. This project is subject to HUD Section 3 requirements. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to respond. Request bid packet by emailing contact@kphi.net.
