INDUSTRIAL DOCK REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES Bid/RFP Status Open - accepting bids and proposals Bid/RFP Due Date Fri, 10/30/2026 - 2:00 PM The Municipality of Skagway (MOS) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide engineering and design, and fulfill requirements for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), permitting, and project management services for the Industrial Dock Redevelopment Project at the Port of Skagway in partnership with Municipal staff. The MOS was awarded the U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration (MARAD) Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) Grant, which, combined with non-federal funds, will fund this project.
