City of Everett seeks permit modification to treat invasive species at three additional locations City of Everett is seeking modification of coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology General Permit (WAG994143) for the following waterbodies, all located within Everett city limits: stormwater detention ponds at 405 Riverside Road and 10807 16th Ave SE, along with the Union Slough Estuary located northeast of 4027 4th St SE. Permit coverage modification includes adding the above-mentioned waterbodies for the purpose of treating nonnative / invasive vegetation and overgrown vegetation. Any person desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application may do so in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Comments shall be submitted to the Department of Ecology. Any person interested in the Department’s action on this application may notify the Department of their interest within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice.
