CITY OF MUKILTEO INVITATION TO BID The City of Mukilteo will accept sealed bids addressed to Luke Thornton, Capital Projects Manager, City of Mukilteo, 11930 Cyrus Way, Mukilteo, WA 98275 until 2:00:00 P.M. local time on March 18th, 2026 when all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City will not consider bids received after that time and date. All sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00:00 P.M. local time on March 18th, 2026 and shall be deposited in a marked receptacle at the front counter of City Hall. Address bid submittal as follows: BID SUBMITTAL ENCLOSED FOR: Lighthouse Park Boat Launch Floats Project No. PK240100 Contract No. 2026-002 Project Description: The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the Lighthouse Park Boat Launch Floats Project. This project will require offsite fabrication of two (2) sets of seven (7) new boat launch floats, delivering and unloading the finished floats at the Mukilteo Lighthouse Park for storage and eventual installation by City personnel. Floats are constructed of timber with fabricated galvanized steel hinges between sections, FRP grating walking surface, encapsulated expanded polystyrene floatation and all required fasteners and hardware. *** and other Work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The work described in these Contract Documents shall be physically completed within 160 Calendar Days. Price Range: $700,000 to $800,000 Pre-Bid Meeting: No formal pre-bid meeting will be held.
