Notice is hereby given that Taylor Morrison Northwest LLC, located at 13810 SE Eastgate Way, Suite 410, Bellevue, Washington 98005, is proposing to construct a Large On-Site Sewage System (LOSS) to serve the Caledon residential development. The Caledon Plat is located in Arlington, Snohomish County, Washington and consists of a 94-lot subdivision, with 93 single-family homes proposed to be served by the LOSS. All residences within the development will be connected to the LOSS. The zoning and use of the property are subject to the requirements of the approved subdivision and applicable Snohomish County and Washington State regulations. The LOSS is designed for a maximum wastewater design flow of 30,000 gallons per day and an operating capacity of 20,000 gallons per day. Wastewater characteristics are expected to be typical residential strength. Wastewater treatment will be provided by a membrane bioreactor (MBR) treatment system, followed by subsurface drip dispersal of treated effluent. Effluent from the LOSS treatment system will meet high-quality effluent standards and will not exceed 10 milligrams per liter of carbonaceous biochemical oxygen demand (CBOD5), 10 milligrams per liter of total suspended solids (TSS), 20 milligrams per liter of oil and grease, 200 colony forming units per 100 milliliters of fecal coliform, and 9 milligrams per liter of total nitrogen prior to dispersal. The LOSS treatment system, conveyance infrastructure, and drainfields will be located within the Caledon Plat development in Arlington, Washington.
