NOTICE OF PROPOSED BANK MERGER Notice is hereby given that 1st Security Bank of Washington, 6920 220th Street SW, Mountlake Terrace, Washington 98043 has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Washington, D.C. 20429, for its written consent to merge with Pacific West Bank, West Linn, Oregon. Subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and the successful closing of the transaction, 1st Security Bank of Washington and Pacific West Bank will merge, and 1st Security Bank of Washington will be the surviving institution. It is contemplated that all the offices of 1st Security Bank of Washington and Pacific West Bank will continue to be operated. This notice is published pursuant to Section 303.65 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
