NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) PARK MAINTENANCE SERVICES ORCAS ISLAND PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT The Orcas Island Park and Recreation District (“District”) is requesting proposals to provide comprehensive park maintenance services for Buck Park, located on Orcas Island within San Juan County, Washington. Scope of Services: The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform routine and as-needed park maintenance services. Services may include, but are not limited to mowing, maintenance of landscapes, open spaces, parking lots, off-leash areas, baseball and softball fields and facilities, racquet courts, sand volleyball courts, trails, irrigation system, litter and debris removal, and other related park upkeep tasks as specified in the Request for Proposals. Contract Term: The anticipated contract term is 2 years beginning June 1st, 2026, with the option for renewal at the District’s discretion.
