INVITATION TO BID CITY OF EDMONDS Sealed bids will be received at the office of ENGINEERING at 121 Fifth Avenue North, Edmonds, Washington, until 2:00 PM, May 14, 2026 for the construction of the 2026 COMBINED CURED IN PLACE PIPE (CIPP) REHABILITATION PROJECT the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for this project. This project involves three (3) schedules (A – Sewer, B – 88th Avenue West Storm, and C – Daley Pl Storm) in the construction of the City of Edmonds 2026 Combined Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project. This Project consists of: • Schedule A – Phase 13 Sewer: Installation of approximately 258 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch diameter cured-in-place (CIPP) structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) pipe inspection. • Schedule B – Phase 6 Storm (88th Avenue West): Installation of approximately 690 linear LF of 8-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection. • Schedule C – Phase 6 Storm (Daley Pl): Installation of approximately 15 LF of 8-inch diameter, 480 LF of 12-inch diameter, 520 LF of 15-inch diameter, and 150 LF of 18-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection. This site will also include 20 LF of 12-inch diameter PVC and general restoration. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount equal to at least five percent of the total amount of bid, including sales tax if applicable, must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and give a performance and payment bond as required. The check will be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the contract in conformity with the contract documents if it is awarded to him and shall provide a performance and payment bond as specified therein within ten calendar days after notification of the award of contract to the bidder. The City of Edmonds reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty calendar days.
