CITY OF MARYSVILLE CALL FOR BIDS 2026 Pavement Preservation Project Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk at Marysville Civic Campus, 501 Delta Avenue, Marysville, WA 98270 until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City will not consider proposals received after this time. Bidders shall submit an original bid in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder’s name and project title. The work to be performed under the City of Marysville’s 2026 Pavement Preservation Program shall include a 2-inch grind and overlay, planning bituminous pavement, pavement repair where necessary, upgraded curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, utility adjustment, bulb-outs, limited stormwater improvement and sidewalk infill (5th St), shoulder widening (100th St), channelization, site restoration and all other work in accordance the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
