GORT A writ of execution has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the sheriff of Clallam County, commanding the sheriff as follows: On February 26, 2026, an in rem Declaratory Judgment (“Judgment”) was entered in favor of Sound Community Bank, successor by merger with Credit Union of the Pacific (“Plaintiff”) against Defendants Joseph Anthony Gort, Jeff M. Gort, Doe 1 and Doe 2, who are the occupants of 1704 East 2nd Street, Port Angeles, Washington; and Does 3 and 4 who are the unknown heirs and devisees of Donna D. Gort (“Defendants”). The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property (the “Property”) commonly known as 1704 East 2nd Street, Port Angeles Washington for the total sum of $32,170.43 with interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum beginning on February 26, 2026, until satisfied. The property situated in Clallam County, State of Washington, is legally described as: Lot 7, EXCEPT the East 10 feet thereof; All of Lot 8 and the East 10 feet of that portion of vacated Penn Street adjoining said Lot 8; All and Block 117 of F.G. Richard Junior’s Subdivision of Suburban Lot 14, Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington, according to Plat thereof recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page 17, records of Clallam County, Washington. THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interests and costs.
