The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10. The District Capital Projects Department utilizes Euna Solutions (formerly Bonfire) as its eProcurement System. No hard copy of submittals will be accepted. Each response must be submitted electronically via the Bonfire portal in accordance with the specifications and documents currently on file at the link below. https://nsd.bonfirehub.com Interested parties must register for a free account to view and download RFQ documents and upload submittals.
