Everett Housing Authority seeks a qualified real estate advisor to assist with a portfolio-wide real estate strategy and implementation roadmap. Services include, but are not limited to, portfolio assessment, development strategy, feasibility analysis of development goals, financial modeling, project sequencing, organizational resourcing recommendations, and ongoing executive advisory support.
