This Contract provides for roadway improvements on 51st Avenue NE from 132nd Street NE to 135th Place NE, a length of approximately 1,100 linear feet. The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal of various existing site improvements, installation of new storm systems, cement concrete curbs, gutters and concrete sidewalks, site grading, asphalt repair, and pavement markings. Additional items of work include temporary erosion control, traffic control and general site restoration, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
