South Lake Ridge LLC, located at 10309 20th St SE, Unit B202, Lake Stevens, WA 98258-4820, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Monroe West, is located at 18614 134th St SE in Monroe in Snohomish County. This project involves 8.63 acres of soil disturbance for internal plat roads and residential construction activities. Stormwater will be routed to a detention system, treated for water quality, and discharged at pre-developed rates to an offsite wetland that drains eventually to an unnamed creek.
