SULTAN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 311 SULTAN, WASHINGTON NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE The Sultan School District No. 311 has issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following nonproject action: Adoption of the Sultan School District’s 2026-2031 Capital Facilities Plan ("Capital Facilities Plan") for the purposes of planning for the District's facilities needs. Snohomish County, the City of Gold Bar, and the City of Sultan may adopt the Capital Facilities Plan as part of each jurisdiction’s Comprehensive Plan. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the Sultan School District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the Sultan School District No. 311, 514 4th Street, Sultan, WA 98294. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue.
