Request for Proposal (RFP) Snohomish County Human Services Department Long-Term Care & Aging Snohomish County is soliciting responses from organizations to procure a service provider to deliver Aging & Disability Resource Network (ADRN) services for older adults, age 60 and over, people with disabilities, and their family caregivers residing in Snohomish County. The ADRN provides information and counseling to help individuals make informed decisions about long-term services and supports, and assists individuals in accessing these programs. The service provider will deliver high quality services that are person-centered and consumer-directed. The successful bidder will also maintain and update 700+ local resource listings as part of a statewide database. Program Aging & Disability Resource Network (ADRN) The County expects to award one (1) successful RFP candidate to serve all Snohomish County for up to $675,000. No guarantee of funding and funding amount is subject to appropriation. The contract start date is January 1, 2027. Snohomish County Long-Term Care & Aging developed the Request for Proposal (RFP) describing the schedule, scope of work, qualification requirements, and instructions for completing the RFP.
