ALDERWOOD WATER & WASTEWATER DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS W2307 CLEARVIEW WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT Alderwood Water & Wastewater District is requesting qualifications from consultants for the W2307 Clearview Water Supply Improvements Project. This RFQ will select a consultant team to support the District in delivering key asset replacements and capacity upgrades to the Clearview Water Supply Agency (CWSA) infrastructure, including the Clearview pump station and reservoir. The District is pursuing approval to use the GC/CM delivery method under RCW 39.10 to support preconstruction risk mitigation, constructability reviews, and cost-control efforts.
