REQUEST FOR BIDS Fish Passage Project Clallam Conservation District invites sealed bids for construction of the Dickey River Tributaries Fish Passage Project. Work includes removal of one existing culvert and replacement with a bridge, and complete removal of another culvert on a private forest road near Forks, Washington. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026, at Clallam Conservation District, 228 W. First St., Suite H, Port Angeles, WA 98362.
