CITY OF MARYSVILLE Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk at Marysville Civic Campus, Second Floor, 501 Delta Avenue, Marysville, WA 98270 until 2 p.m., local time, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City will not consider bids received after this time. Bidders shall submit an original bid in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder’s name and project title, CEDARCREST GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENTS. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for construction of the Cedarcrest Golf Course Improvements. The project includes golf course irrigation repair and replacement, replacement and upgrade of an electrical utility transformer, roof replacement on a pump house, etc. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Engineer’s estimate for this Project is $4,100,000.00 - 4,300,000.00.
