Public Notice - Request for Proposal JCSO-02 Professional Services for The Operation of The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program, The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) is now accepting vendor proposals for JCSO-02. JCSO is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services, related products, and services to operate the RSAT program. Vendors interested in responding to this solicitation must submit a Proposal no later than September 8, 2026. The JCSO-02 Solicitation Document is available at co.jefferson.wa.us/Bids.aspx. Electronic proposals must be received by 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted.
