Project Description: This is an application for a home occupation business license for AI Garden, LLC. The applicant proposes using a total of 25 Sq. Ft of existing space within and on the front porch of the residence. The homeowner is proposing a home-based propagation of house plants and then selling the plants using online forums. The pre-purchased plants will then be picked up by appointment only from the designated location on the front porch. The pick-ups will be up to 3x per week, one customer at a time, there will be one off-street parking space available in the driveway if needed. There will not be walk-up public sales or customers without an appointment. The Brier City Council will conduct a public hearing on the above-referenced home occupation business license. At the time and place stated above, all interested parties are invited to be present and offer any comments they may have regarding the proposal. No new materials, testimony, or statements shall be considered by the City Council after the date of this public hearing. The City Council will make a decision to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application.
