ALDERWOOD WATER & WASTEWATER DISTRICT LOCKBOX SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Alderwood Water & Wastewater District (“AWWD”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide lockbox services to assist receiving payments and posting them into the appropriate accounts. The entries are used for sending invoices and to notify customers their statements are ready for review and payment. The contract length will be two years with the option to renew for an additional two years. The Request for Proposal is available www.awwd.com. Project Title: Lockbox Services Proposals Due: October 13, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. Proposals shall be limited to 15 pages or less including any resumes and cover letter and include the following: • General statement of project understanding. • The project team’s experience in lockbox services. • The experience of the proposed project manager and individuals who will be working on the project. • A description of what reports, tools, and information the District will receive as a final product from the project. • A schedule for completing the project. • An approach to managing and completing the project. • An approach to communicating with the client. • Proposed pricing and/or compensation structure. Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Tina Holmes, Contract Administrator, via tholmes@awwd.com by 2:00 p.m. on October 13, 2026.
