REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) General On-Call Trenchless Engineering Design & Inspection Services Deadline to Submit: 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026 The Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District (District) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firm(s) to provide on-call professional engineering services for trenchless pipe and rehabilitation projects related to water distribution, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment. The term of this agreement will be for up to five (5) years from the date of execution. The selected firm will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement for on-call trenchless engineering services with the District. Any firm submitting a response to the RFQ verifies they have reviewed the agreement language, insurance requirements, and indemnification requirements and agree to execute in this form.
