Small Works Roster The Port of Friday Harbor is accepting applications to be placed on the Small Works Roster of the Port. Applicants, where required by law, must be properly licensed or registered to perform work in the State of Washington. Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for work with an estimated cost of $350,000 or less excluding state sales tax (RCW 39.04.152 and RCW 53.08.120). Contractors whose names appear on the Professional Services Roster may be evaluated based on their submitted Statement of Qualifications and contacted to provide project proposals for work with an estimated cost of $100,000 or less excluding state sales tax (RCW 39.80). Applications must be submitted on the application form prepared by the Port.
