Building Technician I - Mechanical (Sequim, WA) Support PNNL’s research mission as part of the facilities team. Coordinate and perform custodial, pest control, laundry, grounds, and exterior maintenance with minimal disruption to occupant operations. Tasks include conducting daily facility inspections and performing preventive/corrective maintenance, assisting with R&D activities. Post notices for special conditions and service interruptions. Maintain compliance postings. Support off-shift activities. Assist with shipping and receiving. Perform and document inspections of fire extinguishers, spill kits, first aid kits, portable safety showers, risers, and emergency postings to ensure compliance with PNNL/DOE requirements and local and state licenses, registrations, and permits.
