Notice is hereby given that on May 7, 2026, Restorative Life Ministry (RL), a self-sustaining ministry, was formally established as Priory No. 251 of the Sacred Medical Order of the Church of Hope (SMOCH) in Island County. Furthermore, Stillpoint Private Member Association, located at 5492 Myrtle Ave Ste. 1, Freeland, Washington, serves as a private RL auxiliary sanctuary by invitation for private association, education, counseling, and humanitarian activities.
