TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT Grays Harbor PUD is accepting applications from customer oriented people for a TEMPORARY, full-time Customer Service Support position. This is a temporary position that is anticipated to last up to 6 months. This temporary position is eligible to participate in the Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS) with the State’s Department of Retirement Systems; medical and dental insurance and paid sick leave. Customer Service Support duties include payment processing, mail processing, switchboard and reception. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills; accurate cash handling experience; personal computer and data entry experience; knowledge of office machines; positive attitude and experience in serving customers.
