Development Director

The Whidbey Camano Land Trust is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Development Director to lead our fundraising efforts, including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and campaigns. This leadership role will partner closely with the Board and staff, oversee a small development team, and focus on expanding and diversifying revenue through donor engagement.
