The Residency Program Manager is an essential part of Hedgebrook's commitment to radical hospitality for emerging writers and women whose voices are changing conversations around the world. This position manages and implements the full cycle of Hedgebrook's Writers-in-Residence program, along with the Mother Tree Residency program, retreats, fellowships, and other guests. The Residency Program Manager coordinates application and adjudication processes, manages scheduling and logistics for visiting writers, and coordinates with Hedgebrook's hospitality team to ensure each writer is welcomed and provided the space for transformation.
