Jefferson County Solid Waste is seeking a Technician – Clerk Hire for part-time (69hrs/month) work at the Solid Waste Transfer Station. Primary duties involve assisting customers in the scale house, processing transactions, and directing traffic on the tipping floor to support safe and efficient operations. May include weekend hours. Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED and valid WA State Driver's License. Point of Sale experience preferred. Compensation: This is a part-time Clerk Hire position that works up to 69 hours per month. $21.00/hour. No benefits, except sick leave; earns one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked.
