Building Tech 3 - Temp Seeking reliable worker for full-time temporary facility maintenance and support technician to fill position at the Sequim campus of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Anticipated approximately six-month assignment which may convert to regular staff position. Duties include: daily walk-throughs' preventative and corrective maintenance; piping and pump repairs; drywall, groundskeeping, moving, and painting; using small equipment like Forklift and Bobcat; supporting R&D work and equipment installation; maintaining good relationships with team members and research staff; assist with shipping and receiving; handling technical tasks for facility systems; working from diagrams, instructions or plans; collaborating with internal teams for equipment safety, general repairs and coordinating facility outages and safety inspections. Preferred Qualifications: experience working in DOE facilities; strong customer service and communication skills; experience with maintenance, repairs, and coordinating facility services.
