In accordance with RCW 39.80.030, the Main Street Sewer District seeks Statements of Qualifications from engineering firms experienced in general engineering and sewer comprehensive planning services for small sewer special purpose districts. The District serves a small portion of the Freeland community. Further details can be provided by writing to the Email or PO Box listed below. Statements shall be limited to a total of eight pages including cover letter, summary of experience for general district engineering and comprehensive sewer planning, and resume. Minority and women-owned businesses and veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to submit statements of qualifications.
