CITY OF SNOHOMISH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) ROTORK ACTUATOR SUPPLIER & AUTHORIZED ON-CALL SERVICE AGREEMENT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT The City of Snohomish is seeking proposals from qualified Rotork Actuator Suppliers and Rotork-Authorized Service Providers to supply genuine Rotork parts and provide authorized on-call service for the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City relies on approximately 30 Rotork actuators at its Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2129 2nd Street, Snohomish, WA 98290. Several actuators require immediate repair and component replacement. The selected firm(s) will also be available to provide services on an as-needed, task-order basis. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM (PST) on Friday, February 6, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted.
