Notice of Opportunity Limited Access Public Hearing Tulalip/WSDOT/City of Marysville project (I-5/4 th Street Corridor Improvements) The Tulalip Tribes, WSDOT and the City of Marysville are planning to improve the safety and traffic operations of the I-5/4 th Street interchange by constructing a series of roundabouts, improved pedestrian pathways and improved business access within this corridor. Revision to the current access control limits at 4 th Street (SR 528 MP 0.08 vicinity) are planned for this project. Both full and partial limited access will be acquired along the existing 4 th Street. On behalf of the City of Marysville and the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Tulalip Tribes of Washington is making these revisions to the “SR 5, Marysville to Quilceda Creek” right of way plan, sheet 3 of 5 sheets. Should any interested persons, whose property will incur changes in access control as a result of this project, want to discuss and exchange information concerning the proposed improvements and revisions to access control, they may contact the Tulalip Tribes of Washington Project Engineer Happy Longfellow, by calling (206)394-3649. A transportation engineer will arrange to meet with them at their convenience. Owners of properties adjacent to the project and whose properties will have changes to access control as a result of this project may request a public hearing, in accordance with the Washington State Department of Transportation requirements. Those property owners may request a hearing by writing to the Tulalip Tribes of Washington’s Transportation Manager, Christina Parker at (6406 Marine Drive, Tulalip, WA 98271) . The request must be postmarked no later than midnight, February 5, 2026. In the event that a hearing is required, notification of a hearing date will be furnished and a separate notice of public hearing will be published in ample time for effected parties to arrange to attend Regardless of whether a hearing is held, all persons whose properties are affected by this project may inspect maps, drawings, and other pertinent information concerning the proposed revisions to access control by arranging to meet with the Tulalip Tribes of Washington’s Transportation Manager and their project engineer.
