CITY OF SNOHOMISH REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATONS ON-CALL SURVEYING AND/OR CULTURAL RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Snohomish is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call surveying and/or cultural resources professional services in support of City projects, including roads, utilities, parks, facilities, and stormwater infrastructure. Work will be assigned on a task order basis. SOQs must be received no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Late submittals will not be accepted. Submittals shall be submitted electronically in PDF format by email to: Siobhan Waltman at waltman@snohomishwa.gov with “On-Call Professional Services” in the subject line. The full RFQ, including scope of work, submittal requirements, schedule, and the City’s Professional Service Agreement, is available on the City’s website at: https://snohomishwa.gov/105/Bids-RFPs-RFQs. All firms must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington and obtain a City of Snohomish business license endorsement prior to contract execution. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted by email to waltman@snohomishwa.gov with “On-Call Professional Services” in the subject line no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Responses to questions and any addenda will be posted on Tuesday, March 14, 2026, on the City’s website. The City of Snohomish reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to readvertise.
