Request for Proposal (RFP) Snohomish County Human Services Department Long-Term Care & Aging The County is soliciting proposals from organizations to procure one (1) qualified service provider to deliver an Elder Advocacy Program. Selected service provider will deliver high-quality, person-centered services to residents of Snohomish County aged 55 and older. The Elder Advocacy Program will provide outreach to older adults, inform them about community-based services, assist them in applying for benefits to encourage an increase in economic and social stability, and offer programs to encourage community engagement and to help reduce social isolation. Program Elder Advocacy Program The County expects to award one (1) successful RFP candidate to serve all Snohomish County for up to $125,000. No guarantee of funding and funding amount is subject to appropriation. The contract start date is January 1, 2027. Snohomish County Long-Term Care & Aging developed the Request for Proposal (RFP) describing the schedule, scope of work, qualification requirements, and instructions for completing the RFP.
