SEPA Environmental Review: The proposal is subject to SEPA review. The Lake Stevens School District will serve as lead agency under WAC 197-11-50 and has issued the SEPA threshold determination. PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT: Interested parties may submit written comments before the hearing or testify via video conference.
