PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project provides for the improvement of various public roads on Whidbey Island by planing existing surfacing and placing HMA as identified in the typical section table, drawings, and vicinity maps and other work, all in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions, and the 2026 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. ESTIMATE AND TIME FOR COMPLETION: The project is estimated to cost in the range of $1,043,700 to $1,412,100. Please note the required time of completion in Section 1-08.5 of the Special Provisions of the bidding documents.
