Northwest Maritime in Port Townsend, WA, is seeking a MARITIME PROGRAM COORDINATOR to join our collaborative team! This role supports programs such as the Port Townsend Maritime Academy, Maritime Career Immersion, and High School Sailing Team. Our Career Prep Programs provide students with pathways into maritime experiences with hands-on skill based learning. Applicants need a 25-ton USCG Captain’s License, teaching & sailing experience, and a passion for fostering inclusive, hands-on learning. Full time, $28 to $30 per hour, must be at least 18.
